Lyndex-Nikken introduces EZ-Automation product line, addressing needs of industry, and EZ-AutoCart product that easily automates CNC machine tending.
Lyndex-Nikken now offers EZ-automation solutions for machine shops. The first automation product in the EZ-Automation product line is the EZ-AutoCart that automates CNC machine tending.

Lyndex-Nikken's EZ-Automation products are designed with simplicity in mind. All EZ-Automation products are based on being easy, modular and scalable automation solutions that will range from machine tending, to machine loading, to pallet changing and modular tending platforms. The products will offer efficiency and cost-effectiveness, providing user-friendly automation solutions, minimizing the need for advanced robotics or automation skills. EZ-Automation products will be designed to be seamlessly integrated while controlling costs and easing job complexities for manufacturers.

The EZ-AutoCart, part of Lyndex-Nikken's EZ-Automation product line, automates CNC machine tending of CNC lathes, mills and similar machines. The EZ-AutoCart machine tending solution enables machine shops to streamline machine tending with minimal effort; no-code automation empowers manufacturers to easily operate the EZ-AutoCart. Results include boosting spindle time and enhancing overall machine efficiency.
EZ-AutoCart integration capabilities:
- Includes 16 digital I/O to control peripheral devices
- Manage auto doors open/close
- Manage workholding open/close
- Optional hub provides data mining and quick change between multiple CNC machines
- Monitor CNC machine conditions.
EZ-AutoCart vision capabilities:
- Includes integrated camera for 2/3D vision
- Optional software for 2.5D picking.
The EZ-AutoCart features a payload capacity of 18 kg, reach of 1,300 mm, maximum joint speed of 435°/s and repeatability of +/-0.025 mm. Additionally, options available include workholding, end-of-arm tooling, infeed grid plates, safety scanners and integration support.
