Six New Bar Feeding Solutions

Edge Technologies, a provider of magazine bar feeding solutions for the production turning segment, will feature six new product releases at IMTS 2024.
Products include:
- FMB Turbo RS 3-38-A new version of the flagship FMB Turbo 3-38 for sliding headstock CNC lathes featuring patented RS (Revolutionary Sliding) technology. RS marks a paradigm shift in production bar working by being the first in the industry to fully support the bar pusher and stock from inside the bar feeder all the way into the lathe spindle, the company reported.
- FMB Turbo RS 4-45-"This new product combines FMB's RS design with the Auto-Adjust feature to create a next level magazine feeder, one that is unmatched in optimizing bar stability and achieving Lean throughput on lower production runs," said a company spokesperson.
- Rebel 80 Servo V3-A short loader (aka spindle-length loader) with enhanced features and user friendliness to make it suited for automating short production runs at an economical price.
- Patriot Gen II-The second-generation rollout of the Patriot 338 and 551, with even more enhanced features.
- Minuteman 320 V3-The third generation of one of Edge Technologies' premiere automatic magazine bar feeders for 20 mm Swiss CNC lathes, an update that furthers its legacy for simplicity, reliability and economical price, the company reported.
- Ranger 120-An innovative upgrade of the Ranger 112 mm to 20 mm capacity, with an advanced bar separation system for applications down to 1 mm and below. "The Ranger 120 offers a compelling solution for small bars at an economical price," noted the spokesperson.
