Fully Enclosed Automatic Band Saw

Behringer Saws, Inc. will feature in-person demonstrations of the HBE series in booth 236844.

"Renowned for their unparalleled speed and accuracy, these versatile machines are one of Behringer's most popular offerings. The HBE is a very rigid, fully enclosed automatic band saw with a solid cast iron bow frame construction. This cast iron-which is produced in Behringer's own foundry in Germany-is specially designed to dampen vibrations and contributes to the cut quality and the blade life of the saw. The rigid cast iron construction also ensures unwavering consistency across projects, delivering strength and durability without compromise."

The HBE series caters to a wide range of applications, from aluminum to stainless steel, single bars to bundle cutting and more. These machines also offer a variety of standardized features.

"The ball screw servo-driven feeding gripper ensures the industry benchmark in tight and repeatable length tolerances while leaving very short remnant pieces to minimize waste," said the spokesperson. "Precision guiding systems work to ensure operators get the right cut, every time. Frequency-controlled drive motors contribute to efficiency and eliminate variances. Electrically controlled chip brushes efficiently remove chips for better blade life, cut quality and machine cleanliness. Material feeding capabilities make handling and maneuvering payload a breeze."

The HBE series is available in seven models ranging in size from 10" to 41" of cutting capacity and is capable of cutting small orders, bundle cutting or high-production slugging in steel or nonferrous metals.

Behringer recently extended the HBE series with a range of 3D saws to cover all additive manufacturing cutting applications. With the available models of the HBE 3D series, all common printing plate dimensions can be processed.

Familiar features, such as the cutting pressure control and blade deflection monitoring system, provide for precise cutting results in greater variety of material qualities. With flexible solutions working in both standard operations and in operations with 3D printing plates, Behringer offers a customizable complete package, adapting to unique needs.
