TRUMPF offers the TruLaser Cell 3000, a 5-axis laser machine for fine cutting and precision welding. This machine is designed for laser processing of small or medium sized 2D or 3D components.
The TruLaser Cell 3000 is a solution for processing a wide range of applications, from one-off prototypes to high-volume production. With solid-state laser options of up to eight kilowatts of laser power, the machine is also suited for processing nonferrous metals. It is designed for job shops, automotive subcontractors, medical device manufacturers and others. In processing metals the focal position is easily matched to the material thickness. It is also possible to expand the diameter of the focus.
The TruLaser Cell 3000 requires minimal floor space since the electrical control, cooling units and laser optics are all integrated into the machine. Its modular design enables the laser machine to adapt to different requirements in the production environment.
