50 Ton Ironworker with Revolving Turret

Scotchman Industries offers the 5014 TM Ironworker as part of its Metal Fabricating Solutions. The 5014 TM offers a three-station revolving turret unlike any other Scotchman machine. This turret accepts up to three pieces of tooling that can be changed in seconds allowing users to reduce set-up time. This machine has 50 tons of pressure and the ability to punch a 13/16" hole in a 3/4" plate.
The 5014 TM is made in America, with many standard features and equipment including: an angle shear that will shear up to 4" x 4" x 3/8" angle iron and a flat bar shear that can shear 3/4" x 4" to 1/4" x 14". This machine comes with a 3-year warranty.
This machine also features a rectangle notcher that will notch up to 2-1/2" x 3" in 5/16" material. With its component tool table design, it has the ability to accept optional equipment, such as the 12" press brake, rod shear, square tube shear, picket tools, pipe notcher and special tooling, which is also available.
Scotchman manufactures a full line of ironworkers ranging from 45 to 150 tons of pressure. Also offered is a complete line of circular cold saws, tube and pipe grinder/notchers and measuring systems.
