Spindle services range from professional spindle repair at a fixed price to replacement spindle service. In this case, either a new or fully refurbished replacement spindle is installed.

DMG MORI offers a comprehensive package to help customers maximize productivity while minimizing downtimes. This Service Plus package has three sections: Inspection Plus, Maintenance Plus and Service Competence Plus.

Inspection Plus is an entry-level package with a detailed report on machine condition so operators can plan to avoid any issues before they arise. The Maintenance Plus package ensures full 2,000-hour maintenance with replacement of all necessary wear parts. Service Competence Plus helps operators maintain their own machines. DMG MORI offers instructor led training courses at the DMG MORI Academy. This includes factory training, online training and hands-on training in the field with an expert service engineer. The DMG MORI Academy holds National Institute for Metal Working Skills (NIMS) accreditation, and has the tools to prepare the apprentices of today for the field. Training is provided at headquarters in Hoffman Estates, IL, and manufacturing in Davis, CA, using CNC machines, sub-assemblies and simulators.
