MC Machinery Showcases Next-Generation EDM and Precision Milling Technologies

MC Machinery Systems will showcase the latest advancements in EDM and precision milling technology at IMTS 2026, booth 338129.

Visitors to the MC Machinery booth will experience a lineup of high-performance manufacturing solutions designed to help moldmakers, tool shops, and precision manufacturers improve productivity, accuracy, and profitability. Featured technologies include the Mitsubishi SG70 Sinker EDM, the Roku-Roku HC658III High-Speed Milling Center, and the all-new Mitsubishi MG Series Wire EDM platform, making its IMTS debut as the next generation of Mitsubishi wire EDM technology.

The SG70 Sinker EDM combines large-part capacity with advanced machining intelligence, offering increased accuracy, reduced electrode wear, and faster cycle times. Equipped with Mitsubishi's M800 control, IDPM3 power technology, and SS Jump 5 high-speed no-flush machining capabilities, the SG70 is engineered for demanding mold and die applications requiring precision, consistency, and unattended performance.

Designed for graphite, hard milling, micro-machining, and high-speed production environments, the HC658III offers high precision through its rigid bridge-style construction and advanced spindle technology. Its hybrid machining capabilities allow manufacturers to perform multiple processes on a single platform, reducing floor space requirements while increasing flexibility and throughput.

IMTS 2026 will also serve as the launch platform for the new Mitsubishi MG Series Wire EDM, the successor to the MV Series. Building upon decades of Mitsubishi EDM innovation, the MG Series introduces enhanced automation, intelligent process control, improved productivity, and next-generation connectivity features designed to meet the evolving demands of modern manufacturing environments.

"IMTS provides the perfect opportunity to showcase how today's manufacturers can leverage advanced EDM and milling technologies to overcome labor challenges, increase throughput, and maintain exceptional part quality," said Alan Hallmann, North American Sales Manager of Sales-EDM and Milling Solutions at MC Machinery Systems.

Attendees are invited to visit MC Machinery during IMTS 2026 for live demonstrations, application discussions, and one-on-one consultations with product specialists.
