Edge Series Vision Measurement Systems for Shop Floor Quality Control

Vision Engineering will debut its Edge Series vision measurement systems in North America at IMTS 2026. Designed to bridge the gap between manual inspection and full CNC automation, Edge offers high-accuracy, noncontact measurement in a compact platform suitable for both shop floor and quality environments.
Available in three configurations-CORE (manual), VISTA (semi-automated), and APEX (fully automated CNC)-the Edge Series provides a scalable path to inspection automation. Features include a measurement range of 200 mm x 100 mm, advanced image stitching, optimized optics and camera integration, automated measurement routines, and motorized zoom on APEX.
Suited for machined components, medical devices, molded plastics, and other precision-manufactured parts, Edge helps improve measurement repeatability, throughput, and process control while minimizing floor space requirements.
