Supertec Machinery will showcase the Mini Genie-2520 and PMGII-100CNC grinding solutions at IMTS 2026, booth 236922.
Mini Genie-2520
The Mini Genie-2520 is a compact CNC cylindrical grinding solution designed for automated, high-precision small-part production. The machine on display will include an integrated gantry loading system, demonstrating how manufacturers can increase efficiency, reduce manual handling, and support unattended operation.
The Mini Genie-2520 combines precision performance with a compact footprint of less than 32 sq. ft. Its Meehanite cast iron cross-slide structure, rigid box-type base, Renishaw linear scales on the X-axis, and micro-taper adjustable tailstock offer enhanced rigidity, thermal stability, and repeatable grinding accuracy.
A key advantage of the Mini Genie-2520 is its modular automation flexibility. The gantry loading system automatically loads and unloads workpieces for continuous production, while allowing manufacturers to operate the machine with or without automation based on production needs. Additional automation-ready options include a touch probe for automatic workpiece alignment and an in-process gauging system for maintaining dimensional consistency.
Combined with Supertec's iGrind conversational software, the Mini Genie-2520 provides a flexible, efficient grinding solution for automotive, aerospace, medical, tooling, and other precision manufacturing applications.
PMGII-100CNC
The PMGII-100CNC is a solution for manufacturers requiring versatile, high-precision ID and OD grinding in a single set-up.
The PMGII-100CNC is a turret-type CNC universal cylindrical grinder designed to maximize efficiency and reduce cycle time through multiprocess grinding capability. Equipped with three programmable grinding wheels, a plunge-type OD wheel, an angle-head OD wheel, and an ID grinding wheel, the machine allows all grinding operations to be completed in a single chucking. This streamlined process improves accuracy, minimizes repositioning errors, and increases overall productivity for complex workpieces.
Built with a rigid ribbed-box machine structure and a high rigidity direct-drive B-axis rotary table, the PMGII-100CNC offers enhanced stability, positioning accuracy, and grinding performance. The machine is equipped with Supertec's iGrind graphical conversational interface, simplifying programming and wheel-forming operations while providing advanced grinding cycles for OD, ID, face, radius, thread, and profile grinding applications.
The standard tailstock configuration supports collet, chucking, and between-centers grinding applications, offering flexibility for a wide range of industries including aerospace, automotive, tooling, and precision component manufacturing. The PMGII Series is available in 24", 40", 60", 78", and 118", five between-center capacities accommodating diverse production requirements.
