Sodick Appoints Mark Sanhamel as President and CEO of the Americas

Sodick Inc. has announced a recent change in leadership. In January 2026, Mark Sanhamel was promoted to President and CEO of the Americas, advancing from his previous role as COO and executive vice president of the Americas. In his prior position, Sanhamel oversaw growth in market share as well as machine and consumables sales, helping strengthen Sodick's presence across the continents. In his new role, he looks to continue adding value for Sodick's customers in service and expanded product offerings.

Sanhamel brings more than 30 years of industry experience to his new role. During his tenure as COO and executive vice president of the Americas, Sodick achieved several key milestones, including sales in all 50 U.S. states, the opening of Sodick Canada, and the implementation of new internal systems, including a companywide CRM transition. These accomplishments were achieved alongside sustained growth in machine market share and consumables sales, earning Sanhamel and the Sodick Inc team recognition from Sodick's global headquarters in Japan with the Silver Award.

As President and CEO of the Americas, Sanhamel is focused on fostering a culture that optimizes performance while delivering measurable value to customers through service, support, and expanded product offerings.
