INDEX Corporation has announced the hiring of four new regional sales managers as part of an expansion and reorganization of its sales team that serves the United States and Canada.
Following the retirement of two longstanding sales managers at the start of the year, the company increased its number of sales territories from five to seven. As part of this evolution, TJ Argyle, Michael Bridges, Nate Khalil, and Joseph Shaw have been hired as Regional Sales Managers.
With the new additions, INDEX's sales territories are represented as follows:

"Over the past decade, we have scaled up significantly to drive and support our sustained growth across North America," said Tyler Economan, Director of Sales at INDEX. "Most of our expansion has centered on engineering roles across our applications development, installation and field service teams. By adding to our sales team and redefining our territories, we are further enhancing the experience manufacturers have when they partner with INDEX. We were fortunate to fill these roles with experts who share our dedication to ensuring customers reliably produce more high-quality parts without requiring additional operators or facility expansions."
Argyle possesses over 20 years of experience in sales and account management and brings thorough knowledge of metalcutting processes, having worked on the machine tool builder and cutting tool provider sides of the business. Though a detail-oriented, relationship-building approach, he focuses on partnering with customers to understand and address their unique challenges.
Internally promoted from within INDEX, Bridges joined the company in a project management role in 2022. A lifelong Indy Car enthusiast, he has spent his entire career in manufacturing, including founding and managing a precision machine shop.
Khalil joins INDEX with over 30 years of industry experience. Having held positions in sales and product management, he has supported manufacturers though bar feeders, workholding, and a range of machine tool accessories. His analytical approach to problem solving helps customers identify the best possible solutions for their operations.
Shaw started his career with 17 years as a CNC machinist, followed by roles of increasing responsibility spanning field service, applications engineering, and account management. Dedicated to empowering customers to achieve tangible results, he draws on his extensive machining experience to help optimize their equipment and processes.
