Fryer Machine Systems and Siemens will be demonstrating an MC-L at IMTS 2026.
Standard features of MC-L machines include high-speed 30 tool arm type automatic tool changers, 40-taper BIG PLUS 10,000 RPM inline spindles, high torque inline 30 HP motors, and fast 1,450 IPM rapid feedrates. Combined with roller type linear ways and heavy duty FEA designed castings, the MC-L series is designed as a compact VMC without compromising speed or performance.
The Siemens Sinumerik One CNC is designed for ease of use in production and low volume high mix facilities. The control features "Do One" cycles, which enable single-cycle operation with no programming necessary. Users can automatically pocket, contour, rough, finish, drill, and tap, one step at a time. Simple menu programming, including graphic verify and fast set-up keys, streamline the process of making one-off parts. Shop floor programming in conversational mode is available for single-piece runs, and G-code programming is available for high production. Regenerative drives are also included to save on electricity.
Equipped with a cast-iron one-piece base, high-precision ball screws, and bearings, the Fryer MC-L Machining Centers are engineered for 0.0002" positioning accuracy. Built in the U.S., Fryer MC-L machines are designed for high-performance cutting, accuracy, reliability, and ease of use, all within a compact footprint.
