The National Institute for Metalworking Skills' (NIMS) Smart Training Solutions (STS) platform for Career and Technical Education (CTE) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) enables organizations to train with transparency and precisely track progress-both in the lab and on an actual manufacturing floor.
