A complete range of general- to heavy-duty metal fabrication machinery from Scotchman Industries will be presented at booths S27022 and S27023. Live equipment demonstrations will showcase the features, benefits, cut quality and how the right equipment gets more work done with these Scotchman products.
Cold saws to be featured in the Scotchman booth will include:
- CPO 315 HFA CNC hitch feed automatic CNC saw is a fully programmable circular cold saw with unlimited cut length settings.
- CPO 350 with Digital Quick Stop measuring system is a 14" manual cold saw with digital length gauge.
- CPO 350 with AutoLoader is a fully automatic sawing system with bundle loader option.
- CPO 350 VS PKPD with semi-auto programmable stop
- SUP 600 fully automatic large capacity precision upcut nonferrous saw
- GAA 500 CNC DT20 is a precision CNC controlled upcut automatic saw for cutting nonferrous at 90° with 20 mm drill tap.
- SU 280-G utility band saw combines the cutting of a traditional band saw with the flexibility and accuracy of a cold saw.
Scotchman Ironworkers to be featured include:
- 5014-ET Ironworker, the world's first and only 50-ton hydraulic ironworker with a revolving 3-station turret punch, according to the company.
- 50514-EC Ironworker can punch a 1-1/4" hole in 1/2" metal and has unique component tool table design.
- FI85 fully integrated 85-ton ironworker has an 85-ton punch capacity, which can punch a 1-1/16" hole in 1" mild steel.
- DO95/140-24M is a dual operator machine with five built-in work stations. It can punch 1-3/16" hole in 1" plate.
Scotchman hydraulic press:
- PressPro 110W is a 110-ton hydraulic press that has an extra wide working width (1,500 mm) for handling larger materials. It is equipped with a movable cylinder (left to right) and an in-height adjustable working table.
Scotchman pipe notchers:
- AL150-HS high-speed grinder/notcher is a 6" belt notcher with an angle range of straight = 90° to 20°.
- AL1-2E pipe notcher is equipped to notch 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2" and 2" up to schedule 40 wall thickness.
Scotchman 3" belt grinder:
- New 3" grinders help reduce grinding time and provide safe, vibration-free material removal. Contact wheel provides safe consistent grinding area. Tool-free belt change allows operator to quickly match abrasive to the application.
