Florida Mfg. Technology Oktoberfest 2024

Measurement Supply Company has announced that the 2nd Annual Florida Manufacturing Technology Oktoberfest will be held October 2 in Tampa, FL, offering attendees the opportunity to explore a wide array of precision manufacturing products.

Measurement Supply Company, in partnership with Myer Precision Machine, Hawk Ridge Systems and RAM Sales & Marketing, will co-sponsor this event, bringing together a significant number of suppliers and their products.

Attendees will have the chance to meet industry experts and see demonstrations of cutting-edge technologies, including machine tools, tool room equipment, CAD/CAM, 3D printers and printing services, machine tooling and workholding, coordinate measuring machines, multisensor measuring systems, hand-held and GOM/ATOS structured light scanners, diametrical part scanners, reverse engineering, machine probing, vision systems, tool presetting and tool management systems, optical and digital inspection, surface finish, air gauging, force testing, optical comparators, data management software and more.

"The manufacturing technology shows have significantly grown over the years into an annual event, bringing product specialists and the latest technology to end-users right here in Florida," said Chris Sudetic, President of Measurement Supply. "Our customers are busy, and not everyone can travel to the IMTS show, so we aim to provide exposure to the latest solutions by bringing this event to them. Professionals in manufacturing, design, product development and quality control-from small job shops to major manufacturers-will find valuable insights and solutions for every stage of the product manufacturing cycle, from initial concept to final inspection."

Attendees can discuss their most challenging manufacturing issues with industry experts from ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions, MarkForged, Vision Engineering, Expand Machinery, Dorsey Metrology, Renishaw, Zoller, Trak Machine Tools, Sodick, CAMWorks, Mark-10, Mitutoyo, Fowler, Trimos, Sylvac, Bowers and more. Many of these products will be powered on-site for live demonstrations.

The event opens at 9 AM and runs until 5 PM. This year's Oktoberfest will feature chef-prepared German festival food and refreshments, all enjoyed under a festive beer garden tent.
