Thermal Cutting Solutions at Fabtech Expo 2024

Messer Cutting Systems, a manufacturer of oxyfuel, plasma and fiber laser thermal cutting machines, will feature its latest innovations at FABTECH.

The Element 400 Cutting Machine features Messer's advanced Global Connect control system. This machine features redesigned HMI OmniWin software, providing transparency on maintenance, downtime and production metrics-all accessible via controller, PC or tablet. Experience live demonstrations of the plasma bevel-cutting capabilities, with the Bevel-S achieving precision cuts up to +/- 45° and C-axis rotation of ±540°. Powered by Hypertherm's XPR460 plasma system, the Element 400 offers high cutting speed and efficiency.

Messer will feature hourly demonstrations of the Element 400 L Laser Bevel-Cutting Machine showcased through live TV feeds. Sales representatives on the show floor will be able to provide insights and discuss specific plate cut types. The machine also features advanced straight plasma cutting technology, further enhancing this machine's versatility.

The newly improved MetalMaster 3.0 is a compact 5' x 10' unitized cutting machine equipped with a downdraft table. With the user-friendly Global Connect L control and a 18.5" touchscreen, users can monitor production data digitally. Coupled with the Hypertherm XPR300XD plasma system, the MetalMaster 3.0 offers enhanced straight plasma cut performance at an economical price, along with enhanced capabilities like a 10% increase in argon piercing thickness and nitrogen marking, the company reported.

MesserSoft experts will demonstrate one-on-one the latest OmniFab Software with "Machine Insight," a tailor-made solution designed to boost production efficiency. By integrating advanced engineering technology into the workflow, this software is engineered to streamline processes from the office to factory floor, often used with material handling systems.

Service professionals will be available to discuss maintenance packages that come with every new machine purchase. Remote Visual and Virtual Services are available, offering customers enhanced support and faster resolutions for maintenance issues, offering minimal downtime and improved productivity.

Visitors will have a chance to win a 52qt RTIC rolling cooler at noon on Thursday, October 17. Visit messer-cutting.com for more details and to enter.
