Automatic Reverse Stop Makes Cleaning Easier

Goodway Technologies offers the Reverse Stop Assembly exclusively for the RAM-5DC-ID. The latest improvement to the tube cleaner is an innovative technology that combines with the previous speed-feed system to make cleaning tubes even easier and faster than before.

With a pull of the trigger, the Reverse Stop Assembly Speed-Feed gun fires the shaft forward into the tube and now also automatically stops the brush/shaft as it reverses back out of the tube. The new feature heightens the ease of use of the RAM-5DC-ID as it provides the operator with the optimal brush positioning after each tube to seamlessly move to clean the next tube.

In addition to the feeding system, RAM-5DC-ID offers a rotating shaft speed that can be dialed-in to meet the cleaning needs of an exact tube type. Combined with the integrated water flush, the RAM-5DC-ID provides a fast solution for effectively cleaning tubes/pipes that are 1/4" to 1" (6.4 mm to 25.4 mm) in diameter in chillers, condensers, evaporators and heat exchangers.

Additional features include:

  • Modern design
  • Increased portability
  • Simple intuitive feature set made for single operator use
  • Industrial stainless steel construction
  • Simultaneous water flush.
