Allways Precision, LLC Announces Major Business Expansion



Allways Precision, LLC, provider of centerless grinding machine tools, has announced a facility expansion of its Plainfield, IL, operations to meet the growing demand for its high-quality equipment and services. This strategic move underscores the company's commitment to innovation and high levels of precision in the centerless grinding industry.

"With a proven track record of superior craftsmanship, product & service excellence and a dedication to customer satisfaction, Allways Precision, LLC has seen a substantial increase in projects and clientele since 2022," said a company spokesperson.

The 15,000 sq. ft. expansion will allow the company to increase manufacturing build capacity, reduce lead times and better serve its global clients' evolving demands.

Key highlights of the expansion:

  • New state-of-the-art facility: The two-phase project adds additional warehouse space to create room for an expanded state-of-the-art assembly area with modernized assembly stations with full capabilities to assemble, commission and runoff each offering. This renovated workspace will help increase collaboration with customers and foster innovation.
  • Advanced equipment and technology: Investment in cutting-edge fabrication, machining and testing technology will streamline operations, improve efficiency and help ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Expanded workforce: The company continues to hire additional skilled professionals to support the increased workload, and additional hiring plans are expected through 2025.
  • Enhanced training programs: To maintain its commitment to excellence, Allways Precision will implement enhanced training for all employees, ensuring they are equipped with the latest industry knowledge and skills.
