AIDA-America Employee Promotions

AIDA-America, metal stamping press manufacturer in Dayton, OH, has announced several employee promotions.

Steve Easterling has been promoted to Planning Manager. He joined AIDA-America's Planning Department in May of 2013 and now coordinates with several internal departments to develop a master production schedule. In his new role, Easterling is also responsible for all materials management, including production planning and control, distribution and warehousing.

Jacob Leet, who joined AIDA-America's Welding Department in June of 2013, has been promoted to Group Leader of Welding. In his new position, Leet analyzes orders and blueprints to determine the supplies and sequence of weldment construction required. He also confirms that plate material adheres to drawing specifications, schedules daily welding department work assignments and ensures that new products are built to customer specifications.

Nick Colarosa has been promoted to Senior Project Engineer. He joined AIDA-America's Sales Department in January of 2015 and has previously served as project manager. In his new role, Colarosa manages all assigned press projects, serving as the single point of customer contact for each. This includes coordinating between all internal departments and external suppliers on schedules, third party integration and specifications to ensure customer satisfaction.

Zach Conner, who joined AIDA-America's Quality Department as Quality Engineer - Supplier / Manufacturer in October of 2013, has been promoted to Quality, Safety and Environmental Manager. In his new position, Conner is responsible for quality improvement programs, including maintaining a quality management system, as well as managing safety and environmental compliance programs. He also verifies that all AIDA-America manufactured products meet quality standards prior to shipment.
