Power Vises Prevent Part Deformation

Samchully power vises allow operators to apply a consistent clamping force designed to prevent part deformation and improve machining accuracy. This added reliability enables operators to optimize feeds and speeds, further increasing productivity.

A mechanical multiplier booster system provides high clamping force with minimal input at the handle. The patented one-touch preset dial allows four different clamp force settings that range between 2,250 and 7,868 ft-lbs. When the clamping force is preset, the input key will stop turning when the vise reaches the desired torque. The mechanical booster system replaces torque wrenches and the use of "cheater bars" which can cause lifting and inconsistent machining results.

Samchully power vises are available with jaw widths ranging from 4" to 10" and openings that range from 5.9" to 17.7" respectively. The compact yet rigid design makes these vises suitable for all size machining centers. Samchully power vises are well suited for production and machine shop environments, as they are capable of handling various machining operations, including roughing and precision finishing on hollow or solid stock.

Samchully vises are made from hardened steel with precision ground ways that provide accuracy and longevity. Additional features include a fine pitch lead screw that reduces jaw deflection to evenly apply force across the full face of the jaw. With the integral rails along the base, the power vise can be mounted with minimal table space. The drive spindle and mechanical multiplier are fully enclosed to eliminate damage and excessive wear caused by chips and swarf.
