Software Suite for Model Based Enterprise

The EVOLVE Suite consists of EVOLVE Design, EVOLVE Manufacturing, EVOLVE SmartProfile and EVOLVE SPC. EVOLVE Design is a computer-aided engineering tolerancing software that guides engineers to apply correct GD&T tolerance to CAD models. EVOLVE Design helps designers with difficult GD&T interpretations and provides explanations when a particular use is not correct.
EVOLVE Manufacturing graphically compares measured results to design or manufacturing datums, suggests proper manufacturing adjustments and details how those adjustments will impact GD&T tolerances on the whole part.
EVOLVE SmartProfile analyzes part measurement point clouds, overlays those point cloud data over the CAD model of the part and automatically runs a GD&T evaluation. EVOLVE Design, EVOLVE Manufacturing and EVOLVE SmartProfile all use the same GD&T rules engine.
EVOLVE SPC is a full statistical process control software. Since EVOLVE SPC is model-based, the SPC data is connected to the CAD model, providing better visualization of trending data.
