Kearney Adds Southeast Team Members

Kearney Machinery and Supply, Inc. has added Southeast team members: Hemanth Atthipatla; Jerry Hanna; Preston Milton and Dillon Gilley.

Hemanth Atthipatla has been hired as Service/Process Engineer, Birmingham, AL. Atthipatla holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Alabama, Birmingham. Prior to joining Kearney, Atthipatla worked as a process engineer at SWJ Breilmann where he supported the company's projects with the Mercedes Benz plant in Vance, AL. His experience includes process design, improvement and management. He is also Six Sigma certified and is certified on multiple CAD/CAM platforms. " Hemanth is excited to build on his mechanical engineering foundation through working hands on with CNC machine tools while he also begins to support automation projects with Kearney customers in the Southeast," said a company spokesperson.

Jerry Hanna has been added as a Senior Service Engineer, Eunice, LA.After serving in the Air Force for four years as a radar repair technician, Hanna moved to Eunice to work for Dress Industry as a machine technician. With three years at Dress, he was hired by Warner and Swasey as a field service engineer where he worked for 10 years. Jerry and his wife then started Hanna's Machine Repair where they served manufacturers in the area for 28 years.

Preston Milton has been hired as Inside Sales Support, Birmingham, AL. Milton grew up in Dallas, TX, and is finishing his studies at Samford University in Birmingham, AL, with a double major in management and marketing with a concentration in sales. Throughout high school and college Milton had various inside sales positions including selling automobiles at a local dealership in Dallas. Milton will support Kearney's sales engineers in the field as well as ensure customers are aware of and have access to all of the manufacturing solutions that Kearney Machinery offers.

Dillon Gilley has been added as Service Engineer, Atlanta, GA. Since he was a teenager, Gilley enjoyed working on automobiles of all sorts. It was that passion that led him to machine tools. Dillon comes to Kearney Machinery from Zac Brown's Southern Grind outside of Atlanta, GA, where he supported all aspects of production including CNC machine tool maintenance and operation.
