Slater Tools Website Offers Convenience and Easy Navigation

New corporate website from Slater Tools offers user convenience for hundreds of line items in five product families.

Slater Tools has announced its new website with user-focused features that enhance the experience and offer convenience, especially for customers and repeat viewers. The rebuilt website resides at the same URL address, www.slatertools.com.

New to the site is a quick quote function that allows customers to add items to a quote/wish list directly from product pages. A simple click adds the item, and does not require the customer to leave the current page or section being navigated. Also, the new site displays specifications and part numbers for the entire range of standard tools, including the new product lines of go/nogo gages (plug and ring) and indexable punch broaching (tools and toolholders). That brings the total to five product families, including rotary broaching, screw machine tooling and live centers.

"Technical information and tool specifications are critical to our customers, and to everyone in the industry searching for the proper tools and best solutions to their manufacturing challenges," said Kris Renner, Director of Operations for Slater Tools. "With this new custom site, we are able to provide more detailed content and technical knowledge while making it easy to find the right tools and quickly get pricing." The new website does just that by presenting information clearly and allowing users to do a deeper dive to get all information needed. To that point, the new site also offers resources including instructional videos and collateral, technical support such as speed and feed recommendations, and also highlights the many services provided like reverse engineering and gauge certification.
