Total Grinding Solutions (TGS) has introduced a brochure of its , the TGS-CL-6020. Configured for both through-feed and in-feed grinding, the TGS-CL-6020 can handle high volume production runs with accuracy and consistency.
The TGS-CL-6020 is designed for large-batch production with short set-up times and can handle a variety of applications industry-wide. It is designed for years of interrupted service.
The grinder is offered with options including automation systems, which can be adapted to a variety of workpieces including engine valves, universal joint crosses, piston pins and others.
Machine features:
- Regulating wheel spindle outboard design provides enhanced spindle rigidity and supports and facilitates material rotation
- High-rigidity honeycomb machine bed structure improves overall machine rigidity and dampens vibration
- Integrated, heavy-duty, preloaded rolling guide ways speed cycle times and allow tighter tolerances
- Anti-friction bearing grinding wheel and regulating wheel spindle - both components have undergone FEA to test for maximum load capacity under real-life operation
- Two-axis CNC grinding wheel dresser accommodates any part profile.
