Camfil APC has launched an eCommerce site that stocks retrofit filters for most dust collector brands. CleanFactoryAir.com features HemiPleat premium retrofit filter cartridges, which are engineered to last longer than standard filters.
HemiPleat filters also boost the performance of industrial dust collectors because they use a patented pleating technology that exposes more filter media to the air stream. "They are more efficient than standard filters, which means they need to be changed out less frequently, saving time and maintenance costs," said a company spokesperson.
HemiPleat retrofit filters are available in a variety of media including standard, flame retardant, carbon impregnated or synthetic fibers. Visitors to the site can find their filters by entering a part number or selecting their brand and model.
Camfil Air Pollution Control has also introduced its mobile-optimized website, camfilapc.com. The redesigned site also provides global access in multiple languages, with the first phase including American English, UK English, German and Chinese.
