KeyedIn Solutions has launched its new KeyedIn Manufacturing - Enterprise Edition Cloud solution. This Cloud-based software is designed to enable a smooth, step-by-step evolution of critical business processes to the Cloud and maximize efficient business management to meet the needs of large enterprise manufacturers.

"KeyedIn Manufacturing - Enterprise Edition helps customers reduce software and infrastructure costs by moving to a more efficient, scalable Cloud model," said a company spokesperson. "With full integration to Tier 1 and Tier 2 ERP systems, manufacturers can leverage the benefits of their existing systems with the productivity of a Cloud solution and, over time, transition their full system to the KeyedIn Manufacturing solution."

"Manufacturers have typically struggled with expensive and onerous ERP implementations or upgrades, while failing to fully capitalize on the benefits promised because of the complexity of these archaic systems," said Lauri Klaus, CEO of KeyedIn Solutions, Inc. "Our manufacturing experts have boiled this down to enable a very manageable yet highly effective transition toward Cloud deployment. This means the manufacturer enjoys the full utility of the software almost immediately, with the downstream advantages of operating in the Cloud."

According to the company, this new Cloud-based software offers all the capabilities of an on-premise manufacturing system without the cost of IT infrastructure or the time-consuming process of implementing plant by plant. "KeyedIn operates entirely in the Cloud, enabling fast deployment and frequent automatic updates to ensure the enterprise always has the most up-to-date solution without added expense," said the spokesperson.

Built on Konfigure, the KeyedIn application platform as a service (aPaaS), KeyedIn Manufacturing - Enterprise Edition is designed to simplify configuration to a company's unique environment without complex and expensive coding.

"Large enterprises often manage their disparate plant operations with a multitude of systems as they have grown through acquisition, needed to conform to country standards, etc.," said Ralf Suerken, General Manager of Manufacturing at KeyedIn. "In addition, IT departments are evaluating the Cloud today and are pressured to move their organizations to the Cloud. KeyedIn Manufacturing offers a step by step, plant-by-plant approach to the Cloud without replacing current ERP systems that work well on the enterprise level. We begin by enabling a large enterprise to manage the plant operations to see the power of this system."
