New Fully Automatic Bandsaw

KAAST Machine Tools has introduced its new fully automatic bandsaw. The saw features a rigid and compact design, automatic material feed, a parts counter and a built-in coolant system.
"This KAAST saw incorporates variable band speed and cutting force for optimum cutting results," said a company spokesperson. "The solid cast monoblock construction of the saw frame ensures that the machine will produce straight cuts, and the blade guides and rollers are carbide to promote longevity." This saw also has hydro-mechanical blade tension and an automatic band breakage detection and shut-off feature.
