Ganesh offers multi-tasking lathes with up to three tool turrets, each with 16 tools for 48-tool stations that can be double tooled for greater tool density to help ensure there are ample tools to get the job done completely or to have the machine set-up to do multiple jobs without any tool change-out required. With Y-axis on both upper turrets, there are 11 axes of motion. Bar capacity goes up to ±2-3/4" and chucks go up to ±10" on this series of machines.
The Ganesh "Big-Bore" lathe series starts at 22" swings and goes up to 63" lathe swing capacity with bores up to 14". Rear chuck mounts are available for oil field applications and many bed lengths and tool turret styles are available.
The Ganesh milling machine line for chip cutting has a size range starting at 18" by 12" and going up to 86" in X and 35" in the Y-axis. Gear boxes are available for heavy chip cutting applications in both the 40-taper and 50-taper vertical milling machines in this series.
