YMT to Exhibit Latest Innovation

YMT, Inc., a machine tool importer will showcase a total of four machines at WESTEC. Featuring upper ranged machine tools including its 5-axis MF500 from Quaser, Quaser MV184C, QUASER MV205CP and YMT's exclusive all new high speed slant bed with roller linear guide TTL-20L CNC Turning Center.
The Quaser MF500 5-axis machining center is an economical 4+1 machining center. With 19.7" x 11.8" maximum work piece size, the MF500 is ideal for complicated work pieces that require multiple setups.
"The new MV184C with 10,000 RPM belt driven spindle, 47.2" x 23.6" table, 40.2" x 24" x 24" XYZ travel and CTS ready provides reliability, performance and value all in one package," said a company spokesperson.
The MV205CP from Quaser offers power and rigidity. Equipped with 55.2" x 27.6" table, 50" x 27.6" x 24" XYZ travel, 3,960 lbs loading capacity, 50 taper, powerful 40 HP/7,500 RPM, gear box spindle with 563 ft. lbs. of torque for heavy duty jobs.
YMT's new, ultra compact TTL-20L high speed CNC turning center features a 30° true slant bed with one-piece heavily ribbed Meehanite casting design. "By combining heavy-duty roller guide ways and 20 HP spindle motor offers 20% higher capacity and chip removal rate than machines with linear ball guide ways. High-speed 10-station servo turret with 0.2 sec. index time and is supported with reinforced saddle to handle heaviest cuts," said the spokesperson.
