Large Double Column Machining Center

Monforts-Starvision Machinery's model LG-4223 (travel 4,200 mm x 2,300 mm) double column machining center is now available from Fortune International Inc.
The bed is supported by two roller type linear guide ways with wide operation opening doors on the LG [Stark] series. This series is designed for 3C TFT LCD, wind energy, aerospace, train industry, large size mold, mold base and large machine industrial processing. The largest travel on the LG models is 236" x 102" x 59". The other double column models are FS model (2 - 4 meter, box ways), LS models (5 - 10 meter linear guide ways).
The Starvision LG-4223 features Meehanite casting, Hamada Koki gear box, X/Y roller way, Scheenburger linear guide, Z-axis box way and C3 class precision ball screws. Specifications include:
- XYZ travels: 165"/90"/39"
- FANUC 0i-MD CNC controller
- 30/35 HP spindle motor
- 6,000 RPM two steps gear shift
- Coolant through spindle at 300 PSI
- 32 tools ATC.
