Neway Valve International, a global leader in the valve industry, has announced that it is introducing in the United States its Neway CNC Equipment machine tool division. There will be an Open House Thursday, October 24, 2013. All are invited to attend the event to begin at 10 AM to 4 PM with a Bar-B-Q lunch starting at 11 AM.
"Neway Valve became a global leader in the valve industry by 'raising the bar' of the quality of its products by building its own world class foundries and machine shops in Suzhou, China. During its growth, Neway Valve discovered it had specific machine tool requirements that could only be met if it started building its own CNC machine tools. With machines designed for quality like the Neway Ball Valve Grinder, Neway CNC grew by developing its own CNC machine tool line that includes: horizontal and vertical lathes, horizontal and vertical machining centers, horizontal boring mills, large through-hole lathes, drill-tap centers and bridge and gantry machining centers," said a company spokesperson.
Neway Valve opened its 150,000 square foot facility in Stafford, TX, in 2012, and soon filled it up with inventory for its major global customers.
David Wang, Chairman of Neway Valve, began to develop the CNC machine tool division in the USA, and searched for the right person to head up this division. Mr. Wang chose David Valentine to manage Neway CNC Equipment. "David Valentine has the experience and expertise to build our business in the U.S., selling machine tools through exclusive distributorships, and parts and service," said Mr. Wang.
"Neway CNC will stock its new 60,000 square foot facility with an inventory of machine tools and parts in addition to a service department, and a technical center with machine demonstrations and a training facility," said David Valentine.
