New Twin Ram VTL

Neway CNC has announced the latest addition to its vertical lathe line, the Neway VNL2506H/VT ~ VT-20.
The vertical turning lathes (VTLs) features:
- FANUC Oi-TD (two channels)
- HIWIN ball screws
- Box ways
- Twin rams, each with four tool station electric tool posts
- Air conditioner
- Automatic chip conveyer
- Coolant system
- ZF speed reducer
- Constant temperature oil tank
- LYC bearing
- Max. cutting force: 50 kN
- Max. turning diameter: 2,500 mm
- Max. swing diameter: 2,500 mm
- Max. height of workpiece: 2,000 mm
- Max. weight of workpiece: 10 tons
- Speed ranges of worktable: 1.25~80 RPM
- Dimensions (LWH): 6,700 x 4,600 x 7,000 mm.
The VTLs feature double turrets for simultaneous cutting, double columns and four guide ways. A two-stage gear box is located inside the worktable. The square ram structure for the Z-axis is designed to provide enhanced rigidity and precision.
