Rollomatic Shape-Smart NP5 peel/pinch grinding machine for blank preparation.
Rollomatic will exhibit its CNC 5-axis super-fine laser cutting and ablation machine and its latest technology in CNC tool and peel grinding machines.
Rollomatic has added a laser cutting machine to its portfolio of conventional grinding techniques. LaserSmart 500, the new super-fine laser cutting and ablation machine for the manufacturing of PCD and CVD cutting tools, will be presented during this show.
Rollomatic will also debut upgraded 5- and 6-axis GrindSmart tool grinding machines with advanced options and new software. One of the new options to be shown will be the 6-station wheel and nozzle changer with higher horsepower on the grinding spindle.
Rollomatic will show the Shape-Smart NP5 peel/pinch grinding machine for blank preparation, pins and punches and mold components. An in-process camera will be fitted to the machine to locate small coolant holes on through-feed drills and for slot grinding.
