New Compact Tilt Rotary Tables

Ganro Industrial Corporation, formally known as Golden Sun Industrial, has added a new style of tilt rotary table with a compact design. This new compact design is designed for applications involving machining centers with smaller machining envelopes and tables.

The TR-S Series is available in six faceplate diameters - 120 mm (4.72"), 150 mm (5.90"), 170 mm (6.69"), 200 mm (7.87"), 250 mm (9.84") and 320 mm (12.59"). This new compact design provides companies the ability to add 4th and 5th axes to a smaller machining center and produce more complex workpieces. "The addition of a tilt rotary table turns a standard 3-axis vertical machine into a 5-axis machine for a fraction of the cost. In addition, utilizing a tilt rotary table adds the advantages of producing workpieces in fewer operations reducing cycle time, increasing part accuracy with fewer workholding clampings and unclampings, reducing scrap rate and increasing operator walk-away time for other productive tasks," said a company spokesperson.
