OMAX to Unveil Micromachining Advancements at MD&M 2013

The company will spotlight some of its recent micromachining achievements in booth 1509 at MD&M Chicago, taking place September 10-12 at the McCormick Place.
"Ideal for the medical industry, the high precision 7/15 Mini MAXJET5i nozzle is designed to cut delicate, complex patterns in parts made from virtually any type of material, such as the machining of a titanium-based orthopedic surgical implant for human bone repair," said a company spokesperson. The 7/15 Mini MAXJET5 features a 0.007" orifice and 0.015" mixing tube combination, forming a fine jet stream that can produce a kerf as small as 0.015".
