Nikon Corporation has launched the APDIS MV5X, the latest addition to its APDIS Laser Radar product lineup. Building upon the technology of the MV4x0 series, the MV5X represents an advancement in noncontact measurement technology, offering high-precision, high-speed measurement in a compact and lightweight form, enhancing the quality of the manufacturing process.

,Ä¢ Up to 6x faster scanning than previous models with fast and efficient feature measurement is available. More data collection enables better decision-making and improved process control even during production ramp-up.
,Ä¢ Weighing less than 12 kg, the MV5X can easily be taken to the part and set up as a portable measurement system or mounted on a robot or AGV for fully automated measurements.
