The modular AESUBframe simplifies the precise digitization of small and medium-sized parts. The easily assembled frame is made of transparent plastic that is not detected by the scanner light. This helps ensure that the scan data remain free of unwanted reflections or artifacts.
Measurement objects are aligned and securely positioned within the frame. The position and orientation of the scanner can be precisely determined at any time during the scanning process. This enables high reproducibility of measurements and reliable quality of the captured 3D data. Potential measurement errors are minimized, and the subsequent merging of individual scans into a complete 3D model is simplified.
Its modular design, combined with low weight and high structural rigidity, makes the AESUBframe particularly suitable for digitizing the following types of objects:

,Ä¢ Small industrial parts
,Ä¢ Stamped and milled components
,Ä¢ Medical components.
For further optimization, AESUBdots and AESUBdice can be attached directly to the frame as reference points. These markers enable precise positioning and orientation of the scans relative to the object.
The AESUBframe is suitable for stationary use in the measurement lab and mobile use at customer sites. The AESUBframe is currently available in two versions: For parts up to 200 mm and for parts up to 300 mm.
