Pete Rogers

QComp Technologies, a robotic automation and complex material handling integrator and a 100% employee-owned company, continues to invest in its future with the addition of automation industry veteran Pete Rogers as Vice President of Sales. Rogers brings more than 20 years of experience in robotics and automation and most recently served as president of automation at Central McGowan.

He joins QComp as part of a broader leadership evolution initiated by newly appointed President Blake Consdorf. The hire reflects Consdorf,Äôs commitment to expanding the company,Äôs position as a premier automation integrator for manufacturers facing highly complex production challenges.

As Vice President of Sales, Rogers will focus on expanding customer relationships, strengthening sales strategy, and helping manufacturers identify automation opportunities that improve throughput, efficiency, and long-term operational performance. He will also play a key role in aligning sales, engineering, execution, and aftermarket services to deliver a stronger customer experience.

,ÄúPete brings a rare combination of technical depth, operational discipline, sales leadership, and industry perspective to QComp at an important point in our growth,,Äù said Consdorf. ,ÄúI have seen firsthand how well he understands the integration space and how committed he is to helping manufacturers solve complex automation challenges with practical, well-engineered solutions. His experience and leadership will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen our partnerships, expand our capabilities, and deliver long-term value for existing and future customers.,Äù

Rogers began his career as a robotic systems engineer at Acieta, programming and integrating FANUC systems across welding, machine tool, and other applications, before rising through project management and operations leadership. At Central McGowan, he led the automation division for nearly seven years, growing it rapidly and earning two awards from FANUC, as well as recognition as an Integrator of Excellence by Lincoln Electric.

"I have spent my career in automation, and opportunities like this do not come along often," said Rogers. ,ÄúQComp has built something special. It is a company that is not afraid to venture where others will not: take on complex automation systems and deliver results for customers. The growth potential is enormous, the leadership team's vision is compelling, and the employee-owned culture creates a level of commitment that is hard to find. The chance to be part of what is next for QComp was an opportunity I could not pass up."
