G.S. Precision, a manufacturer of complex, highly engineered components for mission-critical aerospace, defense, and emerging technologies, has announced its official corporate rebranding to Global Precision.
"The new name marks a major milestone in the company,Äôs 68-year history, reflecting its rapid evolution from a regional manufacturer into a vertically integrated, international manufacturing platform," said a company spokesperson. "The transition to Global Precision unifies the company's expanding footprint, which now includes five divisions and 11 global centers of excellence spanning North America, Asia, and Europe."
The rebrand follows a period of aggressive strategic growth and market expansion under the ownership of private equity firm AE Industrial Partners. Most recently, the company expanded its specialized capabilities and international presence through the key acquisitions of Headwater Precision in the United States and Lush Heat Treatment LTD in the United Kingdom.

While the corporate identity is changing, the core ownership, leadership team, and operational philosophy remain entirely intact. Global Precision will continue to operate from its corporate headquarters in Brattleboro, VT.
