With a bachelor's degree in marketing from Northern Michigan University, he has effectively leveraged his academic background to drive sales and enhance customer relationships, playing a pivotal role in the company's evolution.
Over the years, Layo has worked diligently through the ranks, most recently as vice president, contributing significantly to Dynamic International's rebranding to SMART Machine Tool.
