Charlie Ingram

Charlie Ingram has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. Tim Shuttleworth, Eriez President and CEO, said, "Over his 25 years of dedicated service to Eriez, Charlie has played a key role in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies which have significantly contributed to our company's substantial growth and worldwide success. He is an effective, respected and strategic leader in the industries we serve."

In his new role, Ingram will oversee global marketing operations and facilitate greater collaboration and standardization of marketing resources utilized by the company's 10 subsidiaries and 12 manufacturing locations. Ingram will introduce new Eriez products to target countries, as well as managing product line re-alignment and standardizing product designs based on market intelligence. Other duties include monitoring the professional growth of Eriez' sales and marketing team, enhancing customer satisfaction through improved sales processes and tracking global marketing performance.

Ingram joined Eriez in 1994 as national sales manager. Prior to that, he was manager of international marketing at Chicago Pneumatic Tool Company, also serving as general manager of the company's Canadian affiliate. His career also includes 10 years at Warner & Swasey, a machine tool manufacturer, where he rose to manager of product sales. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science and history from Denison University and received a certificate in advanced management from the University of Tennessee.

Dave Heubel

Dave Heubel has been promoted to Senior Sales Director. "In his new role, Dave will oversee sales in the United States, Canada, Central and South America and select Middle Eastern countries," said Tim Gland, Vice President and General Manager. "He will provide leadership to the sales team in developing and implementing strategies to achieve the Eriez-USA sales and profitability growth objectives. His enthusiasm, business acumen, management skills and extraordinary expertise will be critical to maintaining and growing our Eriez-USA business."

Heubel joined Eriez in 1990 as a technical sales representative and has served in various roles, including separation product manager, national sales manager and most recently, director of North American sales.

Heubel earned a bachelor's degree in management, a bachelor's degree in economics and a master's degree in business administration from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College.

Dan Zimmerman

Dan Zimmerman has been promoted to Operations Director. Zimmerman has been with Eriez since 2004, serving most recently as director of business development.

Zimmerman will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to the Eriez-USA operations teams. Gland explained, "Dan will lead his teams in developing and implementing manufacturing, quality and productivity improvements to reduce costs and achieve growth objectives. He will also work to strengthen and continuously improve the global supply chain that supports our Eriez-USA operations."

Gland said that Zimmerman has had a substantial positive impact on Eriez' business in his 15 years with the company, especially in terms of expanding product offerings and sales channels. "Dan was instrumental in Eriez' acquisition of our fluid recycling business and development of our metalworking markets. His experience, vast product knowledge and dedication will ensure his continued success with Eriez as he moves into this expanded leadership position."
