Line of Punching Machines

EHRT North America has introduced a new line of punching machines. The FlexPunch series offers modularity and accuracy in punching machines for the machining of flat copper, aluminum or steel up to 0.6"-7.9" wide and 0.1"-0.6" thick. The new series consists of the FlexPunch and the FlexPunch compact. These machines are equipped with three CNC axes, so no additional employees are needed for adjustments. Each possess 10 or four tool stations, which are all MultiTool-capable. Due to the new 3-in-1 MultiTools, the larger version can be equipped with up to 28 punches, and the smaller with up to 10, plus cutting station.
The FlexPunch compact has a smaller footprint and is suitable in production sites with limited space. Both machines offer companies customized options and the possibility to retrofit and automate their current fabrication processes. "With options such as form taps, sorting stations and marking systems, the FlexPunch machines offer endless adaptations to specific production processes," said a company spokesperson. EHRT provides the complete solution: flexible punching and bending machines with a high degree of automation including simple to operate software.
