UPM Achieves Pratt & Whitney LCS Approval in Greenville Service Center

United Performance Metals (UPM) has achieved Pratt & Whitney-LCS approval from Pratt & Whitney Group. This approval will allow the company's Greenville, SC, branch to begin providing LCS certified materials in both sheet and bar forms to its Southeastern U.S. customer base.
Pratt & Whitney is a provider of engines, propulsion systems, parts and services. United Performance Metals is a distributer of high temperature materials used for aerospace applications.
"Achieving Pratt & Whitney-LCS certification in Greenville allows us the ability to provide our customers with the P&W-LCS materials they need in the Southeast region, something we really wanted to do to serve that market at the highest possible standards," stated JJ Johnson, Director of Operations.
