CNC Systems/FFG recently held its National Distributor Meeting at AmTTech's Houston Tech Center located at 10010 Houston Oaks Dr., Houston, TX. Seven CNC Systems/FFG machines were on display. AmTTech is the Texas distributor for CNC Systems/FFG.
"We had distributors from all over the USA, along with: factory representatives from Korea, Taiwan and the USA; David Chu, President, FFG; Steve Arcari, President, and Brian Arcari, Vice President, CNC Systems; Bryan Chen, President, AVEREX (horizontal machining centers); and Paul Chen, Vice President, SMS/MAG," said a company spokesperson.
The first day included a focus group of key distributors-AmTTech, Heartland, Hales and H&S along with the FFG and CNC Systems management-to review in detail the product lines and discuss parts, service and support.
The following day additional distributors joined in, and participated in an interactive workshop covering product improvements and customer support, all designed to benefit the machine tool user.
CNC Systems/FFG plans another meeting in June 2019.
