Expanded Offering of Round Jaws

U S Shop Tools has expanded its round jaw offering and now offers sizes up to 28" in diameter. The company also offers large diameter steel round jaws up to 15" with a height of 6". Suitable for thin-walled or irregular shaped parts, round jaws allow for complete gripping of the workpiece while distributing the pressure evenly throughout the part. Round jaws also help to maintain concentricity and hold close tolerances.

Stocked in California and Michigan, U S Shop Tools' round jaws range from 6" in diameter to 28" in a variety of heights in aluminum, cast iron and steel. Round jaws are available for most manual and CNC lathe chucks. Jaws are manufactured from 1018 or 1050 steel and 6061-T6 or A319 extruded aluminum. The company offers technical assistance to help customers select the proper jaws for their chuck. In addition, the company manufactures special chuck jaws, made in the USA per customer dimensions, that normally ship within five days.

U S Shop Tools' chuck jaw offering includes round, soft and hard chuck jaws, jaw nuts and keys, as well as master and base jaws. The company also distributes many popular brands of manual and CNC lathe chucks. U S Shop Tools' line of workholding products includes collet pads and top jaws, vise jaws, collet chucks, 16C, 3J and 5C collets and machinable expanding collets for I.D. holding.
