Now the latest LED technology is available for small-, medium- and large-volume machines. Available in a variety of lumen packages, LUMATRIS provides work areas of different sizes with wide-area flood lighting. With a thickness of only 1.57 inches, LUMATRIS requires a minimal footprint within a machine.
LUMATRIS is available with Waldmann's proprietary Light Forming Technology, an optional optical system designed to customize luminance in the work area. In addition to the best glare-free properties and increased efficiency, its narrower powerful distribution facilitates a wide range of tasks.
"LUMATRIS is the most versatile choice for machining environments," said a company spokesperson. "Robust housing of anodized aluminum and 4 mm thick safety glass makes it impervious to coolants and lubricants. Full width models are available in either Standard Power (every second LED is switched off) or High Power (all LEDs are turned on), depending on the task at hand."
In addition to its flat minimal construction, LUMATRIS has a rear or side connection with an M12 plug connector for integration or mounting, presenting numerous options for integrating the luminaire into a machine in the best possible way. The luminaire connects directly to 24V DC without additional components or 100-240V via internal power supply.
