Automatic Hydraulic Surface Grinder

ACER is introducing the new Supra-818AHII Surface Grinder. It is a two-axis automatic hydraulic surface grinder with a ball rolling table and auto lubricator. The Supra-818AHII has a Meehanite casting base and has a working capacity of 8" x 18". It has precision crossfeed ways coated with Turcite B. The machine has a dynamic balanced 3 HP class V3 spindle motor for big stock removal. It is constructed with a heavy structure spindle design to support wide 8" x 3/4" (max 1") x 1-1/4" size wheel grinding to increase productivity. The machine has a super high column 19-5/16" from spindle center to table surface for tall parts grinding.
Included with the machine is an auto lube system with timer (0 - 60 min.) to adjust for the best lubrication. The table has precision ball rolling way and is driven by cable for smooth table movement as well as an ergonomic bottom downfeed design, waist height with 0.0001" direct read increment.
The machine has a large machine base that is 24" wide and machine weight of 2,850 lbs. assuring accuracy and stability. It is equipped with C.E. approved electrical cabinet with electricity cut off on/off switch. An extra wide saddle w/ double V, Turcite B way, 2V is 21-1/2" wide for stable X/Y movement. Some accessories include a free halogen light / splash guard, balancing stand with arbor.
