Vibratory Bowls Process Delicate Parts

Rosler's R series rotary vibratory bowls are automation-friendly machines in volumes from 1.8 to 30 cu. ft. They are designed for processing a range of components, from small, delicate parts to large marble slabs. R series vibratory bowls can be integrated into existing systems and automated with peripheral equipment to improve efficiency.
"R series vibratory bowls are designed for durability and maximum output," said a company spokesperson. "They include an industrial grade double flanged, high-energy vibratory motor with adjustable balance weights and optional frequency converter, allowing flexibility in the part processing and the ability to adjust the level of aggressiveness. The pneumatic unloading gate allows for convenient separating of the parts and media."
