ADM 5-axis composite, CFRP/GFRP, pallet change solution
Vision Wide manufactures an array of CNC machine tools (not just bridge mills) designed to meet the diverse needs of industries worldwide. To support the demands for aerospace and defense manufacturing-so they can produce mission-critical components and MRO solutions-Vision Wide carries a full line-up of complementary machine tools with the latest state-of-the-art CNC controls provided by Siemens, HEIDENHAIN, and FANUC. They are imported to the USA by CNC Systems, Inc.
These machine tools include:
- ADM 5-axis composite, CFRP/GFRP, single table or pallet change solutions
- ASM 5-axis turn-mill, sizes up to a 2 m VTL table with expanded Z travels and heights
- FA 5-axis bridge, double column with moving table
- GSF 3-, 4-, and 5-axis high rail gantry, stationary table
- GSF-TC 5- and 6-axis high rail gantry, has a VTL table built into the stationary table
- UC Ultrasonic Machining Center for aerospace parts, honeycomb structures
- VTM vertical turning lathe (VTL) 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-axis solutions with Y-axis capabilities.
Vision Wide provides additional support machines, including bridge mills: 3-, 4-, and 3+2-axis HMC from 630 mm up to 1,250 mm tables, some offering W-axis; horizontal boring mills, 110 mm and 130 mm quills with table loads up to 20 tons; XML extremely large traveling bridge machining centers with VTL tables and optional 3+2 and 5-axis heads: X axis = 60,200 mm (197.5'), Y axis = 5,700 mm (18.7'), Z axis = 3,000 mm (9.84').
Vision Wide management and engineers also engage in custom and semi-custom machine designs and solutions, thinking outside the box to work with customers on their special machining requirements.
CNC Talk Box is a Vision Wide product that provides expandable monitoring software for supporting multibrand controllers and wireless transmission for production management to have a clear glance at: data transmission, accurate recording, automatic real-time monitoring, downloading machine statue, capacity data, master the production rhythm and equipment performance-all very important data in aerospace and defense manufacturing.
