Milwaukee, WI-based Rite-Hite Holding Corporation has acquired Johnson Equipment Company, headquartered in Dallas, TX, with 300 employees at 15 regional offices in Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Mississippi, and Mexico. This is one of the largest acquisitions to date for the industrial equipment manufacturer.
Founded in 1959 by Marvin L Johnson, the family-owned company has grown alongside the Rite-Hite business through the years.
